Seeing my sister so very happy and talking with your staff, just makes it impossible to hold back my praise! Yesterday I visited Bee, in her room... She was all smiles! Then, on the way out, one of your staff recognized me- actually recognized me- and talked to me for a long time. She told me she'd told Bee that her sister might come for a visit. She was darling and so caring. That's the way I've always thought it should be! We've had five years of Bee begging us to take her home... Bee's room was immaculate and having her so satisfied, is such a blessing! It's the little things in life, especially now, that mean so much!

Esprit was the best fit for my father. The staff truly cared for my father. I was always greeted when I walked into the memory unit. The staff is amazing in the memory unit. They are always watching the residents to make sure they stay safe. Mallory is the best when it comes to problem solving. Mallory always listened to my concerns. My father loved the group activities. My fathers room was great. He had a beautiful view.

We moved our loved one to Esprit nearly 6 months ago from another city. I can't share enough accolades about this fine facility. Their caregivers go above & beyond to assist their residents in every single way. Esprit must be doing something extraordinary with their staff. You are always met with a smile & sometimes a lot of hugs. I am sincerely confident that there is no better home for my family member. And did I mention FUN? Unbelievable! All of their activities & parties are given 110% which doesn't go unnoticed by the residents. They love it here.

I cannot say enough about what EVERYONE at Esprit has done to meet our needs! Having to find somewhere during the pandemic was very difficult. We looked at a number of places and felt this best met our needs. The small Memory Care Neighborhoods are what sold us...ALL the Staff go above and beyond to make your loved one feel like part of a family...It's hard enough to have to make the decision to place a loved one...and my family knows we made the right one.

Even with the challenge of pandemic restrictions, the staff at Esprit Whispering Ridge have gone above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for since she moved in this fall. They regularly exceed my expectations for care and service.

The whole staff is great at Esprit! The nursing staff is so great with my Grandpa, especially Jessica! Everyone knows the residents on a first name basis and makes them feel important. The dining staff is also great and offers many choices for all of the meals.

My father in law moved into Esprit three months ago and he couldn't be happier. He has developed terrific friendships and said it's like living in a resort as compared to his previous place in Arkansas. The entire staff has been so friendly and helpful and any questions or needs are addressed right away. We are impressed with the amount and quality of activities planned for the residents, though attending church services on site and winning candy bars at Bingo seems to be his two favorites!

My father was a resident of EWR memory care unit and was treated with dignity and the care he deserved. My father was a special person and was treated as such. The care takers understand the behaviors of folks with Alzheimer's/Dementia and give them the care they need. I consider them "angels" when dealing with this disease. The entire care staff and EWR management understand their residents needs.

Esprit Whispering Ridge has been home for a few years to a family member, and they provide a really nice place to live. The care level has been flexible as needed and the staff shows respect and concern and great care for the residents. The facility has many offerings for activities, the food is great. Through COVID they are also taking seriously the threats against the health of the residents, and doing what they can to protect everyone.
